How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are gently used.
Are Alleyoop products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. We never test our products or ingredients on animals, and we are certified by Leaping Bunny.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our beauty community to more countries soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we process orders quickly, we have a very small window for changes. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order to request any modifications.
