At Alleyoop, we want you to love your beauty routine, so if a product isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack It Up

  Securely place your items in their original box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
